1 acupuncture method: fiber feeding → loosening and mixing → combing into a net → cross laying the net → drafting → acupuncture consolidation → winding → slitting → inspection and packaging of finished products → warehousing of finished products.
2. The process flow of spunlace can be selected according to two different products: direct paving and cross paving:
1) Direct laying Spunlaced method: fiber unpacking → fiber feeding → loosening and mixing → cotton feeding → carding into a net → pre wetting → Spunlaced consolidation (water circulation and treatment system) → drying → winding → offline or online slitting → inspection and finished product packaging → finished product warehousing.
2) Cross mesh Spunlaced method:
Fiber unpacking → fiber feeding → loosening and mixing → cotton pre wetting → Spunlaced consolidation → drying → winding → off-line or on-line slitting → inspection and finished product packaging → finished product warehousing
3 short fiber hot rolling consolidation method: fiber unpacking → fiber feeding → loosening and mixing → cotton feeding → carding into mesh → hot rolling consolidation → winding → off-line or on-line slitting → inspection and finished product packaging → finished product warehousing.
4 short fiber hot air bonding method: fiber unpacking → fiber feeding → loosening and mixing → cotton feeding → carding into mesh → hot air bonding → winding → off-line or on-line slitting → inspection and finished product packaging → finished product warehousing.
5 spraying and bonding method: fiber unpacking → fiber feeding → loosening and mixing → cotton feeding → carding into mesh → cross laying mesh → spraying and bonding → drying → winding → inspection and packaging of finished products → warehousing of finished products.
6 impregnation bonding: fiber opening, fiber feeding, loosening, mixing, cotton feeding, carding, mesh forming, adhesive impregnation (saturated impregnation or foam impregnation), rolling, drying, winding, off-line or online cutting, inspection, finished product packaging, and finished product warehousing.
